Laura holds both English & theatre degrees...
 
Laura attended graduate school at the University of Kansas.  
She recently defended her thesis, Space, The Theatrical Frontier,
and received her M.A. in Theatre, magnum cum laude. 
While at KU, Laura was a graduate teaching assistant
and taught two sections of acting one for non-majors for four semesters. 
She worked in the University Theatre costume shop. 
Additionally, she received a first year honor's fellowship and
the Ambrose-Saricks Family scholarship.
 
She holds B.A. degrees in English and theatre from Baker University,
 where she was the 1998-2002 Harter Scholar. 
She studied abroad at Harlaxton College in Grantham, England. 
In the theatre department, she worked in the scene shop
and was the costume shop manager.  She received awards for best director,
best sound design, humanitarianism and theatrical excellence.
She graduated with the honor of summa cum laude.
